How Cunstructa works for customers, providers, traders and developers.
Does cunstructa charge commission on services?
No. Service listings are information-only. Customers enquire directly with providers and neither side pays cunstructa a commission on services.
How does product pricing and VAT work?
All product prices are shown in AED including 5% VAT. A VAT-compliant e-invoice is issued automatically for every order.
What commission do traders pay?
3% on orders up to AED 5,000, 2.5% between AED 5,001 and 50,000, and 2% above AED 50,000. Payouts are bi-weekly by bank transfer.
What happens after I submit an EOI on a project?
The developer receives your details and contacts you directly. cunstructa logs the EOI for reporting only — we do not manage negotiations, contracts or bookings.
Which Emirates do you cover?
All seven — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
How long does business approval take?
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours once your trade licence and Emirates ID are uploaded.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Services, products, projects and jobs are all browsable without an account. You only need to sign in to submit enquiries, place orders or apply for jobs.
How are providers verified?
We check the trade licence and Emirates ID of the authorised signatory before a listing goes live. Verified providers carry a badge on their profile.
What delivery options are available?
Traders set their own delivery zones per Emirate, with standard, express and site-pickup options shown at checkout.
Can I return materials?
Yes — returns can be requested within the trader's stated window from the order tracking page, with photos of the issue.
How do I advertise on Cunstructa?
Any paid listing tier can buy self-serve placements, or contact media sales for a bundled campaign.
